Terms of Service

1. What we sell
Kolo Store sells digital products and services: virtual cards (VCCs), subscriptions activated through supported regions, account region changes, fresh accounts, eSIMs, and one-time verification numbers. Everything is delivered digitally — nothing is shipped.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are placed on this website or through our Discord and Telegram support. Payment must be completed in full before delivery. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.
Prices are shown in USD. Crypto amounts are calculated at the time of payment and move with exchange rates. Payment details are only ever provided inside your order ticket — never trust a wallet address from any other source.
3. Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 1 hour during working hours (6:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST). Orders placed outside working hours are handled when we return.
More complex orders, such as account region changes, can take longer. We tell you the expected time in your ticket before you pay. Delivery happens in that ticket — keep it open until you have confirmed everything works.
4. Refunds
If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you receive a full refund.
If something is wrong with a delivered product — it does not work as described, or the details are incorrect — tell us in your ticket and we will replace it or refund it.
Otherwise, delivered digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes changing your mind, ordering the wrong product, or a platform restricting your account for reasons outside our control.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate information — the correct account, username, region, or platform. Failed orders caused by incorrect details are not refundable.
For services that need access to your account, change your password after delivery. Only use accounts you own and control.
You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use our products with.
6. Availability and limits
Availability depends on region, service, and stock, and can change without notice. Prices can change at any time; the price quoted in your ticket is the price that applies to your order.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any platform named on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Conduct
We may refuse service or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, payment reversal, or attempts to exploit our pricing. Abuse toward staff is grounds for refusal.
